CHACOLI DE GUETARIA 2009 Txomin Etxaniz (White)
Spain's smallest DO - this is just about Spain's best white wine - apart from one or two interesting white Riojas: crisp, refreshing, with a slight carbonic prickle from being kept on its lees. Excellent on its own, and with fish, particularly shellfish.
